Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at New Narrative Training!
We use a print-on-demand service for our products (Printful). This means that each time an order is placed, a brand-new item is created. We have no physical inventory. For this reason, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
Printful has its return policy, which you can consult here.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@newnarrativetraining.ca. We will work with the supplier to get a new item sent to you as soon as possible. We ask that you donate the defective item to someone in need.
