What’s Included:

  • 2-3 Sessions a week of running workouts: Speed, Change of Direction, Endurance

  • CoachRX app for workout tracking, workout details, and communication with your coach.

  • Training is sequenced to prepare you for your season or training camp

What’s Not Included:

  • Gym strength training workouts

  • Personalized assessment and programming

Who is this for?:

  • You already have a strength training program that is getting you results but don’t have a running program to prepare you for the demands of the season

Cost: $40/month

Team Training

What’s Included:

  • Everything from the Running Program

  • 2-3 Gym workouts that can be performed in most gym settings

  • Feedback on technique with movements once per week on the CoachRX app

  • Weekly Online Check-Ins

What’s Not Included:

  • Personalized assessment and programming

  • Workouts designed for the unique training environment that you are in

Who is this for?:

  • You have experience in the gym and with training overall but need a program to follow to prepare you for the demands of the season.

  • You do not have any specific health concerns like an injury

Cost: $100/month

Custom

What’s Included:

  • CoachRX app for workout tracking, workout details, and communication with your coach.

  • Training is sequenced to prepare you for your season or training camp

  • Personalized assessment and programming

  • Workouts are designed for your experience level and training needs.

  • Weekly Online Check-Ins

  • Once a training block optional virtual check in.

Who is this for?:

  • You have concerns that would benefit from individualized attention and coaching, like an injury or confusion around how to train, and/or

  • You have unique training needs like minimal equipment, scheduling, etc

  • You lack experience in the gym and with training overall, and/or

  • You want the most coaching possible with the highest likelihood of results.

Cost: $220 every 4 weeks

    1. Any level. All levels of athletes benefit from training.

  4. How much time do I need to commit?

    1. This depends on the program but will be between 3-8 hours.

  5. I have a busy schedule, what if I can’t commit to the training volume?

    1. That’s ok! The custom training option may be the best option for to so that we can create a plan that works for your unique schedule. For the other programs, we understand that life happens and we do not expect a 100% completion rate.
