Questions

  1. Where should I perform these workouts?

    • Most workouts can be done at a track or open field. Access to a gym can be beneficial for weather restricting days, but is not mandatory.

  2. Do I need any equipment?

    1. Nothing that you probably don’t already have. Some speed and agility workouts will have the option for you to perform with a stick. Many workouts also have time and distance components to them. Something to measure time and distance would be helpful.

  3. Should I be strength training as well?

    1. Yes. 2-3 sessions a week is a general recommendation. If you would like some guidance on this you can schedule a consult here.

  4. How much time do I need to commit?

    1. You can expect 2-4 hours a week on average.

  5. I have a busy schedule, what if I can’t fit the workouts in on the assigned days?

    1. That’s ok! Workouts are assigned on specific days, but there is flexibility in terms of when you perform them. Your coach will work with you to structure your training effectively.
